Golden Triangle with Udaipur combines India’s most iconic cities with the romantic charm of the “City of Lakes”. This 8 Nights / 9 Days tour starts from Delhi and covers the Taj Mahal in Agra, the royal forts and palaces of Jaipur, and the serene lakes and temples of Udaipur before returning to Delhi.
The tour is operated with a private air-conditioned car and experienced driver. Hotel category, pace of sightseeing and drop-off point (Delhi / Udaipur / Jaipur) can be customized as per your travel plan.
Upon arrival at Delhi, our representative will greet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. Freshen up and relax for a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
Take breakfast at the hotel and proceed for the city tour of Delhi. Visit Jama Masjid, enjoy a rickshaw ride in the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk and see Red Fort (from outside). Later visit Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple (from outside) and drive past India Gate, Parliament House and the President’s House. Return to your hotel in the evening and stay overnight in Delhi.
Take breakfast at the hotel and drive to Agra in Uttar Pradesh via Yamuna Expressway. On arrival in Agra, our representative will transfer you to the hotel. Later visit Agra Fort and Itmad-ud-Daulah’s Tomb (Baby Taj). In the evening you may visit Mehtab Bagh for a sunset view of the Taj Mahal (optional). Return to your hotel in the evening and stay overnight in Agra.
Early morning, visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise (closed on Friday) for a breathtaking view. Return to the hotel for breakfast and check out. Drive to Jaipur, en route visiting Fatehpur Sikri – the deserted capital of Mughal emperor Akbar. On arrival in Jaipur, our representative will transfer you to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Take breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy sightseeing in Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan and also known as the Pink City of India. Visit Amber Fort, Jal Mahal (photo stop), Hawa Mahal (photo stop), City Palace and Jantar Mantar (Royal Observatory). Evening free for shopping in local markets. Return to the hotel for comfortable overnight stay in Jaipur.
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Udaipur. On the way, visit the historic Chittorgarh Fort, one of the largest forts in India and a symbol of Rajput bravery. Continue your journey to Udaipur. On arrival, check in to the hotel. In the evening, enjoy a scenic boat ride on Lake Pichola (subject to water level and boat operation) and admire the beautiful palaces around the lake. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
Take delicious breakfast at the hotel. Later embark on a sightseeing tour of Udaipur city. Visit City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Saheliyon-ki-Bari (Garden of Maids of Honour) and the local markets. Evening free at leisure or optional cultural show. Return to your hotel in the evening and stay overnight in Udaipur.
Have your morning breakfast and then you will drive back to Delhi (or board a flight from Udaipur to Delhi – as per your travel plan and booking). On arrival at Delhi, you will be transferred to the hotel or directly to the airport depending on your flight timing. Overnight stay in Delhi if required.
After your morning breakfast, you will be transferred to Delhi Airport or Railway Station for departure.
