Welcome to Jaipur Tour by Car and Driver. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website
(www.jaipurcarrentalwithdriver.com)
and all related booking, travel, and transportation services offered by us.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after an advance payment is received and a written
confirmation (email / WhatsApp message / invoice) is sent by Jaipur Tour by Car and Driver.
- Guests must provide correct details such as full name, contact number, itinerary, dates, and pickup location.
- In case of last-minute booking, confirmation will depend strictly on vehicle and driver availability.
- Quoted prices are generally for vehicle + driver + fuel + toll tax + parking (unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the itinerary or quotation).
2. Payments
- An advance amount is usually required to block the vehicle and dates.
- The balance payment must be cleared as per the discussed terms (arrival day / midway / before trip completion).
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, QR code, or approved online payment options.
Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or international transfer fees shall be borne by the guest unless agreed otherwise
in writing.
3. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our detailed
Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Guests are requested to carefully review that page before confirming any booking.
4. Inclusions & Exclusions
The standard tour or car rental quote will clearly mention what is included and excluded. As a general guideline:
- Common Inclusions: Car, fuel, driver allowance, toll tax, parking, and interstate tax (as specified).
- Common Exclusions: Entry tickets, monument fees, safari fees, camera charges, guide charges, personal expenses, meals, hotel stays, and tips to driver/guide (unless clearly specified as included).
5. Vehicle & Driver Policy
- Vehicles provided are commercially registered and insured, driven by licensed and experienced drivers.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- Guests are requested to avoid littering, damaging interiors, or causing any harm to the vehicle.
- If the vehicle is damaged due to passenger negligence, repair charges will be payable by the guest.
6. Delays, Route & Itinerary Changes
- Travel times may vary due to traffic, road conditions, or weather. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
- Any extra kilometres or extra hours used beyond the agreed plan may be charged additionally, as per the applicable rate.
- Route or sightseeing changes requested during the trip are subject to feasibility, driver safety, and time constraints.
7. Luggage & Personal Belongings
- Guests are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings.
- Jaipur Tour by Car and Driver is not liable for loss of money, jewellery, documents, or valuables left in the car or hotel.
- Please ensure that all belongings are removed from the vehicle at the end of the trip each day.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
natural calamities, roadblocks, strikes, riots, curfews, pandemic-related restrictions, government orders, or severe weather conditions.
In such cases, refunds or adjustments will be processed only to the extent received back from hotels, vendors, or third-party service providers.
9. Guest Conduct & Safety
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully with drivers, guides, hotel staff, and locals.
- If any guest is found creating a safety risk, behaving abusively, or violating law and order, the company reserves the right to terminate services without refund.
- Seat belts should be worn wherever applicable, and local traffic rules must be followed.
10. Unused Services
No refunds or discounts shall be provided for unused services, last-minute changes, or early departure once the trip has started,
unless specifically agreed in writing.
11. Website Content & Pricing
- All itineraries, prices, and tour descriptions on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
- Final pricing will always be as per the latest quotation shared on email or WhatsApp by our team.
12. Privacy & Data Usage
We collect only essential data required to process your inquiry or booking.
Use of your personal information is governed by our
Privacy Policy & Disclaimer.
13. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of bookings, services, or use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
