Booking is treated as confirmed only after receiving advance payment, where applicable, and confirmation from our team by phone, email or WhatsApp.

2. Payment Terms

• Advance payment may be required to confirm booking
• Remaining balance is payable as agreed at the time of booking
• Payment gateway, UPI, bank and transfer charges are payable by the customer where applicable

3. Vehicle & Driver Policy

• Vehicle will be provided according to booking category and availability
• Driver duty hours and night driving rules may apply as per route and itinerary
• Additional charges may apply for extra hours, night halts, toll, parking or route deviation

4. Itinerary & Route Changes

Changes in route, hotel, sightseeing sequence, pickup or drop location may affect the final fare. Any extra service not included in the confirmed booking may attract additional charges.

5. Passenger Responsibility

• Passengers must provide accurate booking details
• Passengers are responsible for their luggage, documents and valuables
• Passengers must be present on time at the agreed pickup point

6. Hotel & Third-Party Services

Hotel bookings, guides, safari bookings, monument tickets and other third-party arrangements are subject to the rules and policies of those service providers.

7. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund are governed by our official Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review that page carefully before making payment.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, interruptions or service issues caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, political unrest, transport strikes, natural disasters, government orders or any event beyond our control.
